Yoga means 'unity' or 'oneness'. It works all the aspects of the person: physical, vital, mental, emotional and spiritual. Practicing Yoga you will feel a very profound effect on your body & mind, and it will help you to maintain health.
Yoga is an excellent practice to find a new relationship
between our joy and our despair with recognition and acceptance.
Pratiti प्रतीति is a sanscrit word

After completing her prenatal yoga teacher training with Bliss Baby Yoga and becoming a mother she has been supporting other mothers through their personal journeys.
"When the mind is free from personal interest, we do our work well and joyful. Our lives become meaninful. If our minds are free of selfishness the very world becomes an heaven. With a peaceful mind you can go out into the world and serve well."
from The Yoga Sutra of Patanjiali, 1978
Be friendly towards the happy, compassionate towards the unhappy,
delighted towards the virtuous and disregared toward the wicked,
then your mind will retain its undistrubed calmness.
